I enjoy helping people. I worked as a nurse in women’s health for 15 years before becoming a nurse practitioner. I was ready to move to the next level and become more active in patient care.
What are your clinical areas of interest?
As an RN, I worked in reproductive endocrinology and took an interest in the reproductive cycle. In my current practice, I enjoy providing the first steps in diagnosing and treating infertility. It is very fulfilling to help a patient achieve motherhood.
What is your philosophy of patient care?
I feel that we are all in charge of taking care of ourselves. My role is to help patients lead healthy lifestyles and make good choices.
How do you spend your free time? (family, hobbies, interests, volunteer activities, etc.)
Most of my free time is spent with my family. I also enjoy anything outdoors. My hobbies include painting, decorating, quilting and reading a good book.
