My philosophy of patient care is that I am here to help patients help themselves through wellness.
How do you spend your free time? (family, hobbies, interests, volunteer activities, etc.)
I enjoy running, biking, sports, weight lifting, coaching and taking an active role in my kids' lives.

I love to be involved in patient care that involves the patients doing more for themselves and being the major participant in their wellness. I like teaching patients when learning is an active - not passive part of the process.
